These Terms & Conditions outline rules for using this website snd booking services with Amy Mack Photography. By using Amy Mack Photography's website you are agreeing to the Terms & Conditions stated below.

All content on this website is the property of Amy Mack Photography. This includes all images, video footage, text and logos; all of which are protected by copyright law. You are not permitted to download, screenshot, or copy content from Amy Mack Photography without written permission from Amy. Clients are not allowed to edit work produced by Amy Mack Photography without written consent.

All prices, packages and services displayed on Amy Mack Photography's website are subject to change without notice. Quotes may differ slightly from listed prices depending on the requirements of each client.

Clients must provide accurate information upon booking, including (but not limited to) name, contact information and home address. This information will not be shared with any third parties and is only stored and used by Amy Mack Photography.

By providing your personal & contact information, you agree that Amy Mack Photography may contact you with marketing updates and offers via email and SMS. You can opt out at any time by using the link in your email or by contacting info@amymack.co.uk.

All packages require a set booking fee, this will be detailed in your contract This amount will vary dependant on your selected package. All booking fees are non-refundable. Cancellations must be made with reasonable notice (minimum 72 hours where possible). It is understood that sickness cannot be helped - please do not attend your session if you or any children are unwell, to help prevent the spread of illness. Your session can be rescheduled once without penalty. Further rescheduling may require a new booking fee. In the case of cancellations, all monies paid will remain non-refundable.

The images on Amy Mack Photography's site are hosted by a third party content management system (CMS). As such, Amy can accept limited responsibility for the maintenance of the CMS. Should any unforeseen issues arise that prevent ongoing hosting by the CMS, you will receive a copy of your full gallery via file transfer or USB.

Amy Mack Photography will store your personal information such as name, contact details and home address on a private internal database. These details will not be made available to companies or individuals outside of Amy Mack Photography.

These terms and conditions may be updated occasionally. Continued use of this website signifies acceptance of the most recent version.
